All materials on Free West photography website and pixiset are property of Free West Photography (photographers Ashley and Body Yonk). Any use beyond order images or downloads with permission by contract are subject to legal review and due process. These unauthorized uses may include, but are not limited to, copying (screen shot), reproducing, republishing, modifying, uploading, downloading, transmittingor distributing any of the materials without consent from Free West photography. The logo and graphics, any text or writings (blog or otherwise) are copyright of Free West Photography and their creatives (including owners and sub-contractors). 



Albums:

You have 3 months from the delivery date to purchase your album. Your digital amount allotted per shoot is 15 digital photographs for basic session fee. typically 15 per hour we shoot. Boudoir, session fees include 5 digitals and a collection must be purchased.

What if I want extras?

It is $25 per additional photos. If you booked 1 shoot, you get 20% off if you purchase your entire album of photos. Book 2 or more photoshoots and get 50% off your entire album.

Limited Liability:

Products are not refundable. Missing materials will be refunded or replaced within 14 days. Free West photography gives no warranties due to the nature of 3rd party print and ship services. Free West photography is not responsible for merchantability of pixiset or associated printers and holds no liability for any damages of products. Free West Photography, it's employees and sub-contractors will, at no, time be held liable for damages arising from operations of 3rd party (pixiset or it's printers, including their equipment use or employee actions). 

Pricing is set by the 3rd party partner and Free West photography aims to be as accurate in it's pricing as per PPA standards, but we cannot guarantee, as prices change, that our prices are current or accurate at all given moments in time. If at any point, there is a pricing error either by typographical, informational, technical or other 3rd party error, Free West Photography maintains the right to either honor or refuse/cancel order(s). You will be notified if an error occurs within 14-days. 

Order Acceptance: 

Free West Photography maintains the right to cancel an order by our sole discretion. Even if you have received order confirmation by 3rd party, if there is an issue, we will notify you. 

Example/ 

We may cancel an order if we feel a non-client ordered or the order usage is in question for personal or commercial use. 

This is to protect both our business and your precious moments. 

Return Policy:

1) We refund no items before they are returned 

2) We will not refund if we have cause to believe any items were physically damaged by purchaser (up to our sole-discretion). 

3) All returns must be shipped by client cost

4) All shipping is non-refundable

5) please allow up to 30 days for replacements 

6) Missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of the order placement 

Shipping Policy:

Free West Photography is not the primary printer or shipper, meaning we are not responsible for any lost packages once the item is showed delivered. 

Your order goes to a 3rd party printing lab, which is processed and shipped directly to you (the client). 

You will receive an email confirmation when order is placed and shipped. 

Sales Policy:

By ordering online from freewestphotography.ca or freewestphotography.pixiset.ca client agrees to the conditions above, the price and the shipping/returns and delivery methods outlined above and by pixiset.com. Free West Photography collects payment method through pay-pal services. 

We aim to be as accurate with our pricing as possible, please see above 

Privacy: 

Free West Photography does not sell, rent or otherwise share client information to any outside party besides pixiset, pay-pal and the print shop. We are committed to your privacy where we have control.

The financial information is used only to collect payment (pay-pal). 

Your name, address, email address and other information may be shared with:
