What are the "deposit" & payment policies?
I require a nonrefundable RETAINER fee upfront to book your date. This fee holds your date and allows me to start working with you on your vision. 50% upfront, 50% due 24 hours before your photoshoot.
What is your cancellation policy?
I charge a $100 rescheduling fee. I am understanding about illness or emergencies and allow a one-time reschedule for these circumances only. You will be charged $100 each time you reschedule outside of an emergency situation. Reschedules must happen within the month of the shoot date or a new retainer fee may be due. If you no show, you may be subject to a new retainer. Retainer fees are kept for less than 78 hours notice for cancellations.
What is the process?
50% retaineris due to book your photoshoot. Please choose your price point from the two options we have regularily. After chosen the following will happen:
1. pay retainer, sign contract and obtain your receipt
2. planning process
3. photoshoot day
4. edits obtained by client within 4 weeks on average, unless busy season.
5. client has 2 years of storage, one year on site and one year remotely.
