Hi, I am Ash

I have a deep passion for capturing the heartfelt moments of motherhood, parenthood, and family. My love for creating authentic, emotive images comes from my deep connection to nature, which inspires my artistic approach.

When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me at the gym, free diving, spending time with my kids, painting, beading, or working in my other job. I also hold a degree and certifications in mental health and run a local business called Copper Creek Co.

Life is all about people, moments & emotions that we want to hold on to..


Family is everything to me. I always dreamed of working from home & creating a life where we could be with our children more. I will be forever grateful to our amazing clients that support that dream.

I'm a photographer based in Prince George, BC, passionate about preserving memories. Photographs capture what time fades, and I’m excited to bring your vision to life and freeze your most cherished moments for future generations.


Photography Methods:

  • Documentary Photography: Capturing moments as they naturally unfold, with no direction, like being a "fly on the wall."
  • Editorial Photography: Guided moments that feel candid, but with some direction for a more styled look.
  • Posed Photography: Fully directed, with clear poses.


Preferred Method:



I specialize in editorial and documentary photography, blending prompts with natural moments to achieve the best results. I believe in capturing organic, authentic moments—showing you and your loved ones as you are, with true expressions and personality. Authenticity is key to making these memories timeless.

My Process


Consultation:

Schedule a consultation so I can ensure I capture the unique needs of you and your family.


Choose Your Package:


Review the pricing guide and select the package that best fits you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining balance due at least 24 hours before your shoot (details will be outlined in your contract).

Planning the Experience:


I’ll help you plan every detail, including dress try-ons, location recommendations, and makeup consultations (if desired). You'll also get exclusive access to the 'Client Corner' with style and location guides. If you need extra help, such as a home visit, you can book a $25/hour consultation.


The Experience:


On shoot day, I’ll guide you through the session, ensuring every detail is captured beautifully. Whether I’m working alone or with a second photographer, I’ll guide you through candid moments and offer natural direction. Be sure to choose your preferred editing style—Moody/Crisp or Moody/Film—during our planning.

  1. Editing & Reveal
  2. After your session, I’ll send you a link to view your watermarked images. During the reveal consult, we’ll review print options, and you can select your favorite digital photos. Additional photos are available for $25 each for regular sessions or $50 each for mini sessions.
  3. Ordering Prints
  4. If prints are not included in your package, you can order them through my online store. Simply select the cart in your album to view available print options.
  5. Delivery of Prints
  6. Prints included in your session will be delivered in person. For online orders, prints will be shipped directly to your door.
